Bio Waste Management Plant

We supply advanced incinerators for safe disposal of animal waste with odor-free, emission-controlled operation.

At Divisha Technologies Ltd, we design and establish advanced Bio Waste Management Plants that convert biodegradable waste into useful by-products like compost, biogas, and organic manure. Our systems are engineered to handle large volumes of food, agricultural, and organic waste sustainably, helping cities and organizations reduce landfill dependency and achieve zero-waste goals.

These plants utilize proven biological processes such as anaerobic digestion and composting to break down organic matter into valuable resources. By implementing our bio waste management solutions, municipal bodies, institutions, and industries can ensure responsible waste treatment while generating renewable energy and organic fertilizers that support environmental regeneration.

Our solutions are modular, scalable, and fully automated, ensuring efficient segregation, processing, and waste conversion. With robust odor control systems, emission filters, and smart monitoring features, our plants operate with minimal environmental impact and maximum energy efficiency. Each project is tailored to local waste composition, capacity, and sustainability objectives.

Divisha Technologies Ltd combines engineering expertise, technology integration, and environmental science to deliver turnkey solutions—from concept to commissioning and operation. Our Bio Waste Management Plants promote cleaner cities, healthier ecosystems, and a circular economy that values every resource recovered from waste.

How It Works

  1. Waste Segregation & Collection
Organic waste from households, hotels, markets, and industries is collected and separated from non-biodegradable materials.
  2. Biological Processing
The organic waste undergoes anaerobic digestion or composting, where microbes naturally decompose the material to produce biogas and organic compost.
  3. Energy & Resource Recovery
Generated biogas is used to produce heat or electricity, while organic compost is refined into nutrient-rich fertilizer for agriculture and landscaping.
  4. Emission Control & Monitoring
The plant is equipped with odor control, gas treatment systems, and smart sensors to ensure compliance with environmental safety standards.
