Waste to Energy

We convert non-recyclable waste into clean energy through gasifier-based technology, reducing landfills and promoting sustainable urban growth.

At Divisha Technologies Ltd, we transform non-recyclable solid waste into a reliable source of clean, renewable energy through advanced gasifier-based technology. With growing urban populations and the mounting pressure on landfill sites, managing waste efficiently has become critical. Our waste-to-energy solutions not only reduce the volume of waste sent to landfills but also help mitigate environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

The process begins with the careful collection and segregation of non-recyclable solid waste. This waste is then fed into our state-of-the-art gasifier systems, where it undergoes thermal decomposition at high temperatures in a controlled, oxygen-limited environment. Unlike traditional incineration, gasification converts waste into syngas—a clean, combustible gas that can be used to generate electricity or heat. This syngas is then purified and directed to turbines or generators, producing sustainable energy that can power homes, industries, and public infrastructure.

Our technology is designed to be highly efficient and environmentally responsible. By converting waste into energy, we help municipalities and businesses reduce their dependency on fossil fuels, lower carbon footprints, and contribute to a circular economy. Additionally, our plants are equipped with emission control systems to ensure minimal impact on air quality, aligning with international environmental standards.

Divisha Technologies Ltd is committed to creating smart, sustainable urban solutions. Through our waste-to-energy services, we provide cities and communities with an innovative pathway to manage waste responsibly while harnessing the energy potential hidden in everyday refuse. This solution not only addresses the pressing challenges of waste management but also promotes sustainable development, clean energy generation, and long-term environmental stewardship.

How It Works

  1. Collection & Segregation: Non-recyclable solid waste is collected from households, industries, and municipal sources. The waste is then sorted to remove recyclables and hazardous materials.
  2. Shredding & Drying: The sorted waste is shredded into smaller pieces to ensure uniformity and then dried to reduce moisture content, which enhances the efficiency of the gasification process.
  3. Gasification: The prepared waste is fed into a high-temperature gasifier, where it undergoes thermal decomposition in a controlled oxygen environment. This process converts the solid waste into syngas (synthetic gas) while minimizing emissions.
  4. Energy Generation: The syngas is cleaned and used to fuel gas engines or turbines, producing electricity and heat. Any by-products, such as ash, are safely processed for potential use in construction materials or soil conditioning.
  5. Emission Control & Monitoring: Advanced filtration and monitoring systems ensure that emissions meet environmental standards, protecting air quality and ensuring sustainable operation.
